General Description

The NLOS Breakout Box is a rugged, compact signal interface solution designed to support system-level testing, integration, and debugging. It enables safe and structured access to control, power, and diagnostic signals via MIL-grade and industry-standard connectors. Delivered fully wired and tested, the unit is enclosed in a portable, waterproof, and lightweight carry case, ideal for lab and field environments.

  • MIL-DTL-38999 connectors (J1 and J2) for system interfacing
  • On-panel access to signals via: 2mm banana sockets (color-coded), BNC connectors (floating panel type, 75Ω), RJ-45 service connector
  • Optional external cable sets (1.5m) available upon request
  • Supplied with 50% spare jumper cables of each type
  • Built to IPC-610/620
  • Verified per ATP continuity testing
  • Packaged in IP65-rated waterproof carry case
