BTS38001776A Generic Electric Cabinet

The design services include the following:

1. Full Mechanical design of the cabinet in accordance with the customer supplied different HW and Test equipment.
2. Assembly of generic test equipment (PDU’s, Electrical Converters) and other relevant HW items.
3. Full wiring of all the internal cabinet equipment (Power, Comm. etc.).
4. All wiring and assembly carried out in accordance with IPC 610/ 620.
5. Option for side mounted UUT shelve (as seen in the pic bellow).
6. Option for interface panel (cables/ wires pass).
7. All cabinets include fans for cooling of the system.
8. Option for light indication for operation of the system.
9. Meets all electrical safety requirement (each tester supplied with electrical safety approval).
10. Each cabinet is tested according to the customer unique manual ATP and ATR and supplied with all test results.
11. Documentation: each tester is delivered with full assembly documentation (Mech. And electrical) and all files in original format (3D files, PDF too) and the Tester family tree.
12. All our Generic testers approved by customer prior to delivery.
